Khartoum, Sept. 10 (SUNA)- The Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources, Engineer Kamal Ali Mohamed, announced that six million Sudanese pounds were allocated for rehabilitation of New Halfa Agricultural Scheme in the general budget of the year 2011
He appreciated in a statement to SUNA the performance of New Halfa Agricultural Scheme concerning the agricultural operations and the regular irrigation water distribution for the crops cultivated in the scheme
