The Chairman of the Non-Muslim Rights Commission, Joshua Dau, said that the president of the republic has ordered the Commission to produce proposals on the rights of women and Non-Muslims in the Khartoum State. Speaking to Radio Miraya, Dau said that the Commission has proposed amending 29 laws which include the definition of indecent clothing and the incidence it has on Non-Muslims.
Dau said that such power reinforces the rights of the Non-Muslims in the Khartoum State.
