Many up-rising leaders don't seem to get it. They took their actions for granted and never worry about what those actions could bring to the field of their leaderships. A great leader is seen as a saleperson. He must be able to sell his leadership style to the folks he is expecting to lead. Bad salespeople don't make sale to the new customers. The same tool is true to the leadership, they leaders who are not well equipped with what to do and to tell are not buying the supports from the people they are willing to change their minds for the sake of their leadership. As the leaders in the making have to find some ways to know what is right and what is bad. Must always on the good side of the story to tell and and be told later. As you can clearly see from the word history, it's nothing but an integration of the story.  Good stories are made from great histories. So, let me assured you that as long as we are one people under a collective effort nothing could be heard for us to do.

There was this story a friend of mine told me, he said that decades back; a certain person from his country was very dedicated to become a leader. He is the only one who claims to see the qualities to lead in him. The other folks don't see that. His colleagues and agemates do not have a hint whether he could be a leader or not. But certainly, they saw that he was not qualified to be talking of leading people. In the course of exercising his right as a candidate, the people had responded very swiftly. They sent him back home to take care of his household tasks rather than the country household agendas. What I am trying to address  here is that, in the sense you are forcing yourself to become a leader is much better to put a hold to pressurize yourself. Leadership just come to you like a gift. It presents in the broad daylight. People can see what you can do, who you are and what areas you should work on and not. These are the diagnoses of the great leaders.

Correction of what should be done by a leader is always a plus sign. There is no such thing called Mr. "Do Right at all basis walk of life" Somebody will have to take criticisms and when that chance is given; then you will dramatically change with the fact that criticisms are not only the ways to wake up but the ways to do better. I rather get criticized for a thing I am not doing right than making a mistake which would messed the ideas up. And even if as the say that a mistake is a change to get it right will be taken when there are no alternatives to swag in for the better choices. I ain't mad about that, what I am mad about is when folks tend to act like the know everything. And the the knowing takes over the reality of the situation, that's where we all go wrong.  I trust those who used general assumptions to collect informations and go for the target. These folks have the abilities to lead by collectives mode. Every idea whether small or big, well coded or light coded are the ways forward. These are the prices we should be eyeing for the actions we all take.

The sum of the note is based, on God given tools that we should have to back up our theoretical skills learn from our traditional system of education. It's more like knowing the difference between the street smart and book smart. Some people are considered street smart if they could and able to point ideas that would give us the market when the book is not applied. They just create effective models of making the market in which many people will benefit from. Not all people are educated. More are not having a basic education. Street smart is a commodity as well. Book smart is when people can shock the system and held by the throat by referring to what they had learned decades back. Following what book told them as a reference. Those acts are not only bad but are making the system reluctant. Learning is a never ending task. We are learning daily and through good acts we can make big things happen.
