Imagine what those people had in minds to cut the devil's hair. It wasn't so simple to move forward doing that job. Every time they cut the devil's hair, the hair grew back like it was never cut. They kept cutting it over time but nothing prevented the hair to grow. What would they do to prevent the devil's hair from growing? Some people said, unless we cut its head off. They approved the suggestion made and went on and cut the devil's head. That was how the devil's hair was stopped from growing once and for all. The devil's hair never grow gain, there was no head to support it. Our movement history in the SPLA/M is no different with what those people had encountered. It's almost the same. Back in the late 1980s...,our movement was very strong, we captured many towns from the Khartoum government thinking that we are almost done with the Jalabas, but because we haven't took control of where its head was, they came back with full conviction and took back the towns we had captured from them. How do we win the war on Jalabas since we are not engaging them at their headquarters of training? If we don't take the fight to where its head was then we will not win the war. That's why we start operation in northern Sudan. We are coming down to cut the Jalabas head off... and that's the only reason we can be confident about them not coming back and engage us here in South Sudan. There are two ways in defeat a person, "defeat him in the mind and thinking" Once you know that your thumbs are up from this scenarios, next you know even if something is not trying to give up... down in the line they will tab out later. Our enemy is getting weak now and they will definitely understand how we roll in the SPLA/M. Make your hearts strong and that's where the power will be certained.
